Very Pretty Guidelines.
All of our jewelry has been tested to verify the metal content. All diamonds have been tested and are genuine, natural diamonds.
All Colored gemstones have been tested with a Presidium Gem Tester. All jewelry orders will be shipped in small VeryPretty.net gift boxes. In most cases, we do not carry multiple of our jewelry pieces. Any sizing or alterations will need to be done by your local jeweler. Any coupons or promotional offers must be entered before checkout is complete.
Layaway
Please use the “Contact Us” tab to arrange a layaway plan
(minimum layaway plan is $100).
Shipping
Shipping is included in our prices. We ship all packages through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your package. Packages may be delayed by USPS for unforeseen reasons. USPS may require a signature when delivering your package. We ship Monday through Friday (Except Holidays). A tracking number will be provided for every package (email required). Submitted orders may not be canceled once placed. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before you make your payment. Shipping addresses are limited to one address per order. We ship to addresses within the United States only. Orders cannot be shipped to international or
PO/FPO addresses.
Returns
We want you to be happy with any purchase you make from us and offer a 30-day full refund policy. All jewelry must be returned in undamaged condition. Please use the contact us tab to start a return. We will need the last name on the order (billing), date of purchase, and the order number. Refunds will be processed Monday Through Friday (please allow two business days from the date your return is received by us).
